MORA Strength & Fitness offers a variety of programming and classes. Check out the descriptions of each program below to see which is the best fit for you and your goals. All ages (teen and up) and fitness levels are welcome!
MORA Fitness is a 1-hour class with the goal of providing balanced physical conditioning in endurance, strength, speed, flexibility, and other components of fitness. This program is for everyone, beginner and advanced alike. All movements and exercises in this class can be tailored to your current fitness level and physical ability.

Mora Weightlifting is our barbell only class. This class focuses on barbell fundamentals and technique for the Olympic lifts; snatch and clean & jerk. Open to members of all fitness levels.

Open gym is offered to our current members throughout the day with a coach always on staff. Open gym allows flexibility with choosing your own program to follow, and you never have to worry about being late to a class.
We currently have 5 training programs available including: Fitness, Weightlifting, Hybrid Athlete (for those who compete or are looking for a higher level of complexity), Powerlifting, and Strongman.

Personal & Small Group Training
Personal and small group training are for those who have specific goals and are looking for one-on-one attention from a trainer. All personal and small group sessions are tailored to your needs. Whether you are an athlete with sport-specific goals, or someone with goals to lose weight, our trainers are educated to provide you with high quality training that will assist you in achieving your goals.
